It is Wednesday, so it must be weigh-in day. And I am happy to say that I am down “almost” another pound. I celebrated by going out to buy some new walking shoes. I have just about worn out every pair of walking shoes that I have. They look fine, but I have started getting some foot and hip pain because there is no more shock absorbency. While I was there, I had to get a pair of these:

I discovered that if you go to the mall with Mr C, you can get aerobic steps because you do not stop and look or window shop. I got an extra 12 minutes today!

I also finished most of my clean up in the studio. I have a few piles of supplies to put away. I also want to do a major clean-up in my little kitchen area. I hope to accomplish that tomorrow and then it is back to creating.

Today started out overcast and chilly, but this afternoon and evening it was just a perfect fall day. I took Maggie for a quick walk around the Rhododendron Garden at 5, and I decided it was better than a glass of wine.
