Pet Postcards in the Mail

I have been going to meetings and working on the guild newsletter, but I did finish the pet postcards. The look so much better when they are quilted, trimmed and edged. I printed custom backs for them.

Here is a sampling of the cards which will be off to Houston tomorrow.

It is late and I need to get to bed. I hope to get started on some new work tomorrow. It is going to be warm so I may do a little dyeing.

Somehow I managed to miss the entire saga until I started reading about it last night. Dr’s appointments get in the way of my life! Sheesh!! I’m so glad that Lisa and West Elm are taking charge of this thing! It is simply deplorable that large companies have the nerve to steal the art of hard working independent artists. Perhaps Lisa can make a difference in all of this.

So glad Lisa’s story has gone viral! Great job on the post cards Gerrie!
