Indifference: Version 2

I feel that I have made some progress on this. I found some wonderful quotes which I want to transfer to different neutral shades of organza which would then be fused to the screenprinted background. Some logistics to work out, but I like the idea that I am getting more texture and interest. I may stamp some abstract stuff, also.

  1. Gerrie, Keep up the good work. I love where you are going with “Indifference”. This is so important. I also like the concept of the “grafitti” images — that even evokes the idea of one person trodding over what another left with no concern whatsoever.

I have become very intrigued by grafitti after taking a workshop last summer with Jette Clover. You should have seen my family when I said I had learned how to make “grafitti”. You might enjoy looking at her website: http://www.jetteclover.com

Keep us updated on the progress of this piece. Thanks for sharing.
