Kimono Collage Update

I am finally catching up on my sleep and am back at work in the studio. Tonight, I decided that I could no longer fuss with this collage. I ironed it down and it is ready for quilting.

Tomorrow morning, I am going to Columbia Stitchery Guild. Our guest speaker is Jean Cacicedo. I hope to get this piece quilted when I get home. I don’t do bindings that much anymore, but I am thinking this might want one.

    Gerrie,
I love all the work you share with us. The collage is delightful, and I also enjoyed seeing the “Good to be Green” show. Wish I could have been there in person! Jen

sorry, I meant “gerrie”, of course!

Beautiful collage! Gerry, how do you finish the edges of the quilts that don’t have bound edges?

    Hi Gerrie,

I love this kimono collage; the design, fabrics and colors all seem to get on very well together. I also would use a binding to get it somewhat framed. Read your blog everyday, thanks for sharing so much with us readers,
